Every year on April 15th, there are tons of companies who offer freebies. I have found several that are good right here in Houston. As with any offer you might want to call ahead and check availability at your location. Thanks to the www for these freebies.
MaggieMoo's Ice Cream & Treatery is giving away a treat on Income Tax Day, April 15th, to help us ice down the pain of filing. The free single scoop of ice cream is what it calls its 'ec-cone-omic' ice cream stimulus package
Cinnabon is dishing out free Classic Bites from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at participating locations.
T.G.I. Friday’s is giving diners a $5 gift card when they spend $15 to $25 on tax day. Then earn a $10 card for a purchase of more than $25.
If you eat at a participating Chick-fil-A restaurant on April 15, hold onto your receipt. You can come back by April 30 to get your same order, free, as part of the "Tax Relief Day Special."

Subway restaurants want to give taxpayers a reason to look forward to the typically dreaded April 15 by offering everyone who walks into a Subway on tax day a free cookie.
